About this nanny job

We are seeking a nurturing and reliable nanny to care for our 2.5-year-old daughter and our newborn expected in June 2025. This is a full-time position in a warm and welcoming household, ideal for someone who is passionate about childcare and enjoys fostering a supportive and engaging environment for young children. One parent will be working from home on a daily basis, providing support if needed, while still allowing the nanny to take the lead in caring for the children. Responsibilities: - Provide attentive and loving care for both children. - Maintain a structured daily routine which includes playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities. - Support the developmental needs of a toddler, engaging in age-appropriate activities to encourage learning and growth. - Assist with newborn care, including feeding, diaper changes, and soothing. - Administer already-prepared meals and snacks for the children. Ensure safety and hygiene of the children at all times. - Communicate regularly with parents about children's daily routines. Qualifications: - Prior experience caring for infants and toddlers is required. - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to adapt to the needs of both children and the household. - Patience, warmth, and a genuine love for working with young children.
