About this nanny job

We are looking for a help with our 5 month old son. We live in the Spring area (77379) and are looking for part time care. We are looking for someone who is a nonsmoker, fully vaccinated, experienced with infants and has a strong commitment to safety. Job responsibilities would include: -providing a safe and nurturing environment, changing diapers, feeding, putting down or naps, and engaging in age-appropriate activities -Baby-related housework including doing baby laundry, cleaning and sanitizing baby items, organizing nursery, etc as needed. We both work from home. I work part-time as a freelance designer M-F, and I'm looking for a sitter for when I have a project and need to focus. My work is inconsistent though, and unfortunately I typically don't know more than a day or two in advance if a project is coming up, which makes having a set schedule for when we need a sitter difficult to set up. Some days I have no projects and would not need a sitter. Ideally if I could set up an on-call as needed situation that would work great, but I of course understand that's not an easy accommodation!
