About this babysitting job

I’m Emily, a first time mum to a now 8 month old baby. 

I’m exploring having occasional care for my baby along with a few others in a similar age range each week. 

 I’m planning to host a few 'mama meet ups' to come co-work and connect during the week and need care for our babies while we’re in the same space (my home) but needing 1-3 hours of dedicated time to focus on working remotely or connecting with each other. Some mums will interact with their baby during this time for breastfeeding, cuddles or they may want to spend time with their baby in the presence of other littles.

We will have up to 5-6 littles (but can confirm with each date)

 There are 3 senior dogs in the home as well - a golden retriever, a corgi and a Chihuahua.

 Would this be something you’d be interested in caregiving for? P.S. We’re looking for someone who has empathy, integrity, maturity and a positive outlook on life. The right candidate has a loving, intuitive, creative and sensitive approach to play, feeding and interaction with littles. We’re inspired by the Waldorf world of nature connection, no-to-low tech (we do not use screens for our daughter), nature, creative expression like song, dance and visual art. We would really LOVE for someone to have a background in Waldorf, Reggio Emilia, Nature connection or other relevant experience. We value kindness, curiosity, growth, well-being and service and hope our values align. P.P.S!
