Schedule: Part-time to full-time Starting May 6th: Tuesday (11am-5pm), Wednesday (10am-6pm) and Thursday (11am-5pm) July 5th onwards: Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) Compensation: Rate dependent on experience About the Family: We are a kind and loving family seeking an experienced and nurturing nanny to care for our 4-month-old baby boy. Leo is a very friendly and sweet baby who enjoys being cuddled, reading books and taking walks. We are seeking a positive, energetic and proactive individual to care for Leo who is passionate about child development and enjoys engaging in age-appropriate activities. This is a wonderful opportunity to join our family and play a key role in our child’s early years. We look forward to meeting you! Responsibilities: * Provide attentive care to a 4-month-old baby, including feeding, diapering, and assisting with nap schedules. * Engage in age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development (e.g., tummy time, gentle play, music, and talking). * Ensure baby’s safety and well-being at all times. * Maintain a clean and organized environment for the baby, including sterilizing bottles, washing baby’s clothes, and keeping his environment tidy. * Assist with light household duties related to baby’s care, such as preparing bottles, preparing food, cleaning toys, baby laundry, and organizing supplies. * Communicate with parents regarding the baby’s day, including any milestones or concerns. Requirements: * Previous childcare education, nanny experience or experience in infant care, especially with newborns or babies under one year old. * Knowledge of infant developmental stages and best practices for nurturing young children. * CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain). * Experience in preparing age appropriate solid foods, introducing solids and BLW. * An excellent communicator who is warm, patient, and compassionate demeanor. * Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. * Ability to provide references from previous childcare positions. * Comfortable with light housekeeping/errand duties. Interview process: Let’s first meet on a video call then an in person meeting and orientation, following that a trial day with us in April.
