We are a dynamic family seeking a dedicated, reliable, and proactive Family Assistant to help keep our home running smoothly and our three amazing kids thriving. This role goes beyond traditional childcare—think of it as being the right hand to a busy household, with a blend of organization, energy, and heart. Our kids attend school full-time and are involved in a variety of extracurricular activities. We value open communication, consistency, and creating a positive, structured environment that helps our kids grow. Key Responsibilities: School pick-ups and transportation to after-school activities Homework help, school project support, and academic encouragement Light housekeeping (kids’ laundry, dishes, tidying common areas, organizing) Family errands (grocery runs, returns, post office trips, etc.) Meal and snack prep, occasional dinner prep for the family Calendar management for kids’ appointments and school events Occasional supervision of playdates or helping coordinate family travel Our Ideal Candidate: Has a genuine love for working with preteens and understands their unique stage of development Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and takes initiative Is upbeat, flexible, and a great communicator Has a safe driving record and their own reliable vehicle Is tech-savvy enough to help with school portals, online scheduling, and text/email communication Is comfortable setting boundaries with kids while remaining warm and supportive Experience as a nanny, family assistant, teacher, or in a similar role is highly preferredNanny job details
