We are looking for a caring long term nanny for our 2.5 year old. She is currently in part time preschool from 9-12 on weekdays. We are seeking someone to help with the morning 7:30-9 and then again from 12:30-6:30. We are flexible to make sure this is a full 40 hrs. Our needs: ++ reliable, patient, loving, trustworthy ++ great judgement ++ great with toddlers, has experience engaging bright kids her age/early childhood courses ++ high energy ++ light housework during nap time (1:30-3:00)- largely loading/unloading dishwasher. Meal prep for kiddo. Kid laundry, organize toys. ++ strong references and steady experience. ++ experience in music, or sports, or arts/crafts desired. ++ willingness to take her to the playground or cal academy/other activities ++ willing to introduce new activities About our daughter ++ very verbal— speaks long complex sentences ++ fully potty trained for 6+ months ++ loves art and music ++ strong willed/big feelings, but because of verbal ability can be reasoned with somewhat ++ absolutely no screens ++ loves building toysNanny job details
