About this nanny job

I work from home and will be homeschooling my child in the evenings. He will be starting Kindergarten this fall. I want to start preparing for homeschooling at the end of May. I need someone at the house to watch my child while I work from home. I work from 8am-5pm but the mandatory hours are probably going to be from about 9 a.m.-about 3 pm. The child is well behaved and is fine on his own but I’d like someone to be there for him when he needs a meal, wants to play, needs help setting up activities, etc. I put flexible days as I am not 100% set on the days but I think that Thursday and Friday will be needed.
