Hi! I’m a mom of two young children—one is a baby, the other is a very energetic preschooler—and I’m looking for a warm, experienced nanny to join our family full-time. I’m usually home and caring for one of the kids, and I’d love someone who can either focus on the other child or help with things around the house, depending on the day. Our preschooler has a lot of energy—he’s curious, active, and loves to play—so I’m looking for someone who enjoys that kind of high-energy engagement and can really keep up with him. Whether it’s pretend play, building things, running around outside, or just being fully present and creative, I want someone who genuinely enjoys that pace and knows how to channel it in a positive, playful way. Some days might be focused on crafts and games with the preschooler while I’m with the baby, and other days might involve bottles, naps, and quiet time with the baby while I take the older one out. I’d also really appreciate help with basic household tasks—laundry, meal prep, tidying toys, and keeping things running smoothly. I’m hoping to find someone who: • Loves being with kids and has experience with both infants and high-energy preschoolers • Has the stamina and creativity to keep up with an active little one • Is flexible and happy to alternate between childcare and household tasks depending on the day • Can help with laundry, light cleaning, and simple cooking (especially for the kids) • Is warm, dependable, and a good communicator • Speaks Spanish (a plus, not required) • Is open to occasional travel with our family (local and longer trips, we can be spontaneous ) We’re looking for someone who feels like part of the team—loving with the kids, helpful around the house, and a calm, confident presence in the mix.
