About this nanny job

I am a single mother in the military and I go back to work June 2nd. I don't work traditional hours, generally 7:30 am to around 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, but I do occasionally work on weekends and very early mornings and late nights, but not all that often. My son is currently 3 months old and very sweet, always smiling and a very good sleeper. He is not colicky at all. He is comfortable sleeping around sounds like the tv and talking so it doesn't have to be quiet.
