About this nanny job

Hi, we are looking for a nanny to be shared with another family to take care of our babies (both 13 months old as of April 2025) during day time 8am to 5pm. Ideally we would like the program to continue for at least 2 years. You are expected to work in one of the 2 homes every day (very close distance between them). Responsibilities: - Preparing baby breakfast and lunch - Feeding babies - Playing with babies (in home and outside) - Looking after the babies during sleep at noon - Diaper change and other chores Benefits: - High compensation - Lunch included - 6 paid national holidays - Paid days off when both families are on vacation Requirements: - Legal to work in US - Prior experience in the field Optional Qualifications: - Prior experience in daycare - Prior experience in montessori education - Speaks Mandarin
