About this nanny job

We have a great nanny, but our twins are falling behind developmentally, specifically with social skills, speech, and fine motor skills. They’re active little buddies and it’s really hard for us all to keep up. We are undergoing autism assessments and pursuing methods of recommended support. One recommendation is getting more 1:1 care. We'd love to add another nanny to help support our household and our boys' development. We may have flexibility on start and end times as well as which working days you're available. This position also requires management and care for our four dogs. They're low maintenance, but care provider may be responsible for letting dogs in and out, feeding or crating and should be very comfortable with large breed dogs. Light house work, (such as dishes, trash take out, laundry, surface cleaning) is greatly appreciated if the (boys) and day permits. Our boys are extremely active, curious and agile. They are also 35 lbs at 21 months old, so the right candidate must be comfortable lifting and carrying for a child of this weight size. Our ideal nanny would have availability Monday - Friday. We intend to have our more seasoned nanny on site for about half - 2/3 of the same time so that the boys are able to get better quality attention and we can hopefully have a positive impact on their socialization and connection improvement. The right candidate should be able to multitask and be comfortable and stay calm when energies are high. Our biggest priority is that our boys are loved and cared for and continue to develop in a healthy way.
