About this nanny job

Looking for a part time nanny to take care of our son who is currently 2.5 months old when I return to work. Expected to return to work at the end of May, possibly June. We are looking for someone part time, working 2-3 full days a week. Must be gentle, understanding of early infant development and be interactive with the baby. My husband works from home so he will be here most of the time but is usually in meetings and inaccessible.
