We’re a fun, close-knit family looking for a reliable, kind, and playful individual to support us with occasional childcare at home and during family vacations. This isn’t a full-time nanny role—more of an extra set of eyes, a buddy for our child, and someone we can trust to step in when we need a moment of adult time. If you love kids, enjoy travel, and like being part of a family atmosphere, this could be a great fit! Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and engage with our child during outings, travel, and at home as needed • Play games, go for walks, read, and help keep them happily entertained • Assist during travel days (airports, transitions, etc.) • Help during meals, bedtimes, or when parents step away • Be flexible and supportive in a family-oriented, casual environment Travel Expectations: • Willing to travel occasionally for family vacations • Airfare, lodging, and all travel expenses are covered • Role is casual during trips—mostly a light support presence with downtime • Compensation includes a daily rate. Ideal Qualities: • Dependable, fun, calm, and caring • Comfortable in both structured and relaxed environments • Great communicator with both children and adults • Enjoys traveling and new experiences • CPR/First Aid certification (a plus, but not required) Compensation: • Regular babysitting: $10-12 hour or 200$ monthly retainer fee. • Travel assistance: $50–$75/day or hourly pay + all expenses covered • Occasional bonuses or thank-you gifts for exceptional support
