About this nanny job

I am seeking reliable afterschool care for my 9 year old twins. They walk up from school by themselves and then spend the afternoon playing after an after school snack. They like to go to the park and often play with other neighbors, but still need a home base adult to manage their needs. They need reminders about taking care of putting away their things and being kind to each other. Many days they have a sports practice or game and will need to be ready when I get home and they need a lot of help staying focused on that task. One twin is a Type 1 Diabetic and needs oversight with entering carbs into his insulin pump app and monitoring of his blood glucose using an app. All diabetic care training will be provided and there is no hands on care required. I work from home some days, but am often on calls and cannot be interrupted. Most days I go in to the office and am home around 5pm, but put the end time at 5:30 just in case I hit traffic or need to run an errand. Option for additional hours on some days.
