We need someone who is empathetic, attentive, and considerate. We have a toddler and an infant so ability to multitask and divide your attention is a must as is having sharp eyes and ears. Both our children are very sweet and generally easy going. The baby will require pretty consistent hands on attention. Oftentimes we just need someone at home to supervise while we get things done. Meals will usually be made ahead of time and an easy system set in place, full attention is just absolutely necessary.
