Full-Time At-Home Nanny for 9-Month-Old Girl We are seeking a nurturing, reliable, and proactive full-time nanny to care for our 9-month-old daughter in our home. Both parents work from home, so comfort working in a household with remote-working parents is essential. This position requires someone who is experienced with infants and enjoys engaging, developmental play, along with helping out with light household tasks. Location: Rehoboth Beach, DE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-4pm Start Date: October 2025 Responsibilities: • Provide attentive, loving care to our 9-month-old daughter throughout the day • Plan and engage in age-appropriate developmental activities • Feed, change, and maintain the baby’s nap schedule • Keep baby’s areas tidy and organized • Light housekeeping (e.g., baby laundry, loading/unloading dishwasher, tidying up common areas) • Meal prep and light cooking (family meals and/or baby food as needed) • Communicate daily updates with the parents Requirements: • Prior experience caring for infants (references required) • CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain) • Non-smoker • Fully vaccinated (including flu and COVID-19 vaccines) • Comfortable around parents working from home • Reliable transportation Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred): • Knowledge of early childhood development • Experience with baby-led weaning • Bilingual abilities We’re looking for someone who will become an extension of our family—someone warm, patient, and dependable.
