About this babysitting job

Hi! We are interviewing for a semi-regular (once a week) sitter to help us with 1-2 flexible date nights a week, to help the kids with winding down for sleep on-time. It would be preferable if you had solid experience in helping to kindly and firmly regulate with sweet young boys currently in their mischievous pushing boundaries phase. Also we would more likely hire sitters within no more than a 5 to 7-mile radius from zip code 91411, as we have had last-minute cancellations in the past due to traffic for sitters that are too far away. We noticed that we vibe best with personalities that are patient, cheerful, open to detail-oriented feedback, playful and very firm with boundaries and the family schedule yet kind and fun with transitions. Please have at least 2 family references we can call. Our budget is a maximum of $29/hr as the kids are usually asleep for half of the time. We can interview early morning (after 8:15pm) or afternoon (12pm-2pm). Thank you and we're looking forward to meeting you.
