Hello! We’re a warm and joyful family in Fort Worth seeking a nurturing, dependable, and engaging in-home nanny to join our home and care for our two wonderful children. We have a baby boy who is 6 months old—he’s full of sunshine, smiles, and curiosity. He’s recently started exploring solid foods (butternut squash and refried black beans are big hits!), and he thrives on gentle interaction, soft music, outdoor walks, and book time. He takes short naps during the day and is beginning to develop his own rhythm. Our older child is almost 8 and comes home from school in the afternoons. She is an imaginative, thoughtful, and playful spirit who loves animals, reading, art, and violin. She has a deep love for books (and a growing collection), and she enjoys sharing stories, playing games, and creating small worlds with her toys. She’s also a great big sibling who adores her little brother. We are looking for someone who is: • Experienced with infants and school-aged children • Kind, calm, and communicative • Comfortable with bottle feeding, diaper changes, and following our baby’s gentle feeding and nap routine • Able to prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks • Creative in engaging children in age-appropriate activities like story time, sensory play, music, or light crafting • Supportive of a bilingual and culturally inclusive household • Trustworthy, punctual, and adaptable We work from home, so while we’ll be around, we’re seeking someone who can independently care for our children and feel confident in the home. Our ideal caregiver is someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, believes in affirming their individuality, and approaches the job with heart, patience, and playfulness. This role is primarily weekdays during business hours. Care will focus on our infant during the day and then transition to after-school support for our older child, including snack time, play, and helping her settle in after her school day. We hope to find someone who becomes part of our extended family—someone who sees caregiving as meaningful work and who brings warmth, safety, and joy to our little ones’ days.
