Temporary Nanny Needed for Two Weeks – Warm, Supportive Family Environment! 04.28-05.12 + two full days starting June I’m urgently looking for a kind and reliable person to fill in for me over the next two weeks, as I unfortunately need to take a short break due to health issues. I’ve been with this wonderful family for over two years, caring for their sweet little boy who is now two and a half. It’s truly hard for me to step away, which is why I want to find someone really special to be there in my place. Schedule for the temporary position: • Monday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM • Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM • Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM • Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM The family is located in Midtown Terrace, San Francisco. The parents work downstairs, and you’ll be upstairs with the child – you’re never alone, and there’s always support nearby. It’s honestly the most beautiful and supportive environment I’ve ever worked in. The parents are absolutely amazing, and I would love to find someone equally wonderful for them. This is truly a dream scenario: one incredible child to care for in a calm, respectful setting. For any educator looking to work in a private family environment, this is a rare and special opportunity. It was – and still is – that for me. I’m only stepping away because of some health challenges that make it impossible for me to stay on full-time at the moment. Please reach out with references. The child has been raised with a respectful and mindful caregiving approach inspired by Emmi Pikler, the Hungarian-Austrian pediatrician and educator. If you’re familiar with her philosophy or have experience in this area, that would be a big plus! Additionally, we’re also looking for someone available starting in June for a longer-term role, two full days a week (exact days are flexible and can be discussed).
