About this nanny job

My husband and I are looking for a babysitter to come most Fridays so that we can easily host friends, go out, and enjoy the weekend. Our baby goes to bed between 7 and 8 and we will be available to do the bedtime routine as the babysitter gets familiar with it. She is still working on her sleep patterns but once she goes to sleep, she usually does a sleep stretch of several hours.
