About this nanny job

We are looking for some flexible afternoon / evening help twice a week with our four year old son. This position has the opportunity to grow into additional hours, or scale down to once a week (if needed for the right applicant). Prior experience working with children is a must; as is being comfortable around a lovable puggle. Preference will be given to bi-lingual applicants (Spanish and English). We are looking for someone to play with our son, feed him dinner (the ingredients / meal instructions will be provided), read to him (he loves chapter books and is slowly learning how to read), and get him ready for bed twice a week. The ideal candidate will be kind, have experience coming-up with age appropriate activities, ready to play, capable of cooking light meals, CPR certified, and fluent in Spanish, so that our son can practice his Spanish (he is pretty much fluent). Our son is very independent, a great eater, and loves to use his imagination coming up with all sorts of rescue scenarios for his numerous trucks and cars. He also loves art projects and building with legos, magnet tiles, blocks, and anything else he can find to fulfill his architectural endeavors. My husband and I are looking for some help so that we can enjoy a date night once or twice a week :)
